Adventure Island Water Park

If you live in Florida or are just spending a holiday there, there is a lot to see and do. Definitely more than you can do in the course of a week or probably even a month! The Adventure Island Water Park is set up as an island with all the attractions being what you might find on an island. There is a lazy river skirting the park that you can flow down at a relaxing pace. Waterfalls sprinkle here and there and this is all just the backdrop, but can also be fun to play in.

Of course, as with any water park, some of the biggest attractions are the water slides. Adventure Island is not lacking in this area. There is every type of water slide you could imagine for you to enjoy. Whether you like simple, straight slides like at the playground or you prefer tube slides that spin and twist you around at breakneck speeds.

There are rides you can enjoy by yourself or with one or more friends or family members. Catch a river raft and be tossed to and fro or hop on a mat and race to slide to the bottom and see who will get there first.

The wave pool at Adventure Island Water Park is huge and beautiful. Get a real taste of the beach as every few minutes you experience waves up to five feet high. You can play in the waves with or without a board, either way it’s loads of fun.

If you get tired of playing in the water there are beaches you can stretch out on or you can even rent your own cabana to relax in! A float down the lazy river will also give you a breather and refresh and invigorate you for another run on the fast paced slides and rides.

The kiddy pool has plenty of shallow water for little kids to splash in as well as safe and entertaining equipment they can explore.

There is something for everyone at Adventure Island Water Park. Get away with the family for a day or two and build some memories that will last a lifetime.
